EUROPEA has completed the project “My Rights – My Freedom”, funded by the “You and Lidl for Our Tomorrow” programme. The project aimed to improve the legal literacy of 11th- and 12th-grade students from the National High School of Mathematics and Natural Sciences and 51st Secondary School by providing essential legal knowledge that is not normally covered at school: how contracts are concluded, what rights they have as workers and consumers, and how they can protect their rights when dealing with public authorities. The project included five activities: 1. A preliminary study and functional analysis of participants’ educational needs; 2. Development of interactive modules for in-person training; 3. Production of educational videos and online materials; 4. Interactive in-person training; 5. An in-person mock trial. EUROPEA implemented the project from February 2024 to February 2025.
