EUROPEA is currently implementing the project “Law and Commitment: Together Against Violence”, funded by the Bulgarian Fund for Women under its Strong programme for feminist solidarity against gender-based violence, within project No. 101139756 — FORCE, co-funded by the European Union through the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values programme (CERV-2023-DAPHNE). The project aims to contribute to the full implementation of the rights and support and protection measures granted to women and victims of domestic violence by Directive (EU) 2024/1385. This will be achieved through legal and other tools for legislators, justice professionals, citizens and civil society organisations. The project also includes a public-awareness campaign to keep violence in the public debate and improve knowledge of domestic, online and other forms of violence. It further seeks to strengthen the capacity of NGOs to manage risks from anti-gender attacks and assess the need for additional legal capacity among organisations representing victims of violence.
